Scott Tingle is a general contractor with more than 25 years experience in rural estate design and custom home building in Collin, Grayson, and Denton counties. Residing in Celina since childhood, Scott began his homebuilding career in 1983 - apprenticing with his father, John Tingle, owner of Tingle Construction of Richardson. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University and worked briefly in banking and real estate prior to opening Tingle Builders, Inc. Today he offers a wide range of services to his clients, including: site selection, finance, and utilities consultation; home planning, design and construction; estate completion - including roads, entries and fences, barns, lakes, etc.

Kim Tingle is a forth-generation 'Celian-ite' and part-time employee of Tingle Builders, Inc specializing in marketing, administration, and customer service. In addition, Kim teaches the AP Biology courses at Celina High School and owns and operates Studio E Fitness, LLC, a personal training facility next to Tingle Builders, Inc in Celina. Kim holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and is certified as a Personal Fitness Specialist through the Cooper Institute of Dallas. Kim worked as a homemaker and full-time mom to John D. and Brady Tingle, before beginning her career in education in 1990. Utilizing communication and organizational skills, Kim adds quality to customer service by promoting a stress-free building experience. Kim joins husband Scott in active participation in the Chamber of Commerce and the First Christian Church of Weston. She is also active in the Fidelis Inter Se Club of Celina, part of Texas and General Federated Women's Clubs.
John D. Tingle is a part-time estimator and pricing consultant for Tingle Builders, Inc. John D. is a full- time employee of a Dallas based commercial construction company, specializing in nursing homes. John D. and his wife Alyssa, make their home in Weston, Texas. In his spare time John D. is active in the Weston Volunteer Fire Department. Alyssa, a stay-at-home-mom, is active in Weston 2000, a Weston women's community service organization.
Brady Tingle is an independent petroleum landman. Brady graduated from Texas Tech University in 2006 with a B. A. in Finance, and is currently pursuing and M.B.A. from the University of Texas, in Dallas. Brady will be getting married in the spring - and we hope, following grad school, he'll join the family business!
